These terms apply when you use successwithmarkglobal.com, take our quiz, buy our products or services, or receive messages from us. SuccessWithMark is operated by K.E Haydin & M.J Haydin (ABN 88 391 385 562), Shell Cove NSW 2529, Australia. By using the site you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to use this site, buy from us or sign up for our text messages.
Our products and services
- DIY blueprints: digital step by step guides and AI prompts that you follow yourself, delivered online after purchase.
- Done For You services: we set up your website, missed call text back and AI employee in your own account, using the details you give us after you order.
- Full Stack monthly marketing: an ongoing monthly service, billed month to month with no lock in contract.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged when you order, or each month for monthly services. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor. Your website runs on a third party platform with its own subscription, shown on our pages, which is separate from your purchase from us. Ad spend for any advertising is separate and paid by you.
Our money back guarantee
Our DIY blueprints come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you're not happy, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund what you paid for the blueprint. Done For You services and audits are services where the work is carried out for you, so this guarantee covers the DIY blueprints only. If you have any concern about a service, contact us and we'll work with you to put it right.
Results
We work hard to help you get more leads and work, but results depend on your industry, location, competition, ad spend and effort. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, rankings, calls or income. Examples and case studies are illustrative only.
Text message program
SuccessWithMark text messages. If you tick the box to receive texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from SuccessWithMark at the mobile number you gave us, such as your quiz results, tips to get more work and our offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be 18 or older to sign up.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, and you'll get one message confirming you've opted out. Reply HELP for help, or email successwithmark.rocks@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using our content
Our blueprints, prompts, pages and videos are for your own business use. Please don't resell, share or republish them without our written permission.
Your account and the platform
Websites and AI tools are set up in an account in your name on a third party platform. You own your account and your content. The platform provider's own terms apply to your use of it, and we are not responsible for outages or changes made by the platform provider.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without limiting any consumer rights you have where you live.
